ATR(attenuated total reflectance) components
CVD single crystal diamond, with its high hardness and resistance to acids, alkalis, and chemical corrosion, along with its high infrared transmittance, is renowned as the optimal ATR (Attenuated Total Reflection) crystal. Compared to other crystal materials, diamond ATR components withstand higher pressures, provide closer contact between samples and the crystal, achieve deeper penetration depth, and yield superior infrared spectral, used in UV, visible and IR-spectral scales test.
